applicable taxes and shipping fees. For Cash on delivery customer must pay with
cash or UPI, before receiving the order.
3. Shipping and Delivery:
We aims to deliver products in a timely manner but
cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delivery times may vary based on
location and other factors. Customers will be provided with tracking information.
4. Returns and Exchange:
Customers may be eligible for returns and Exchange as
per our return and exchange policy. Returns are subject to certain conditions, and
customers should review the return policy on the website.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Customers may be eligible for returns
or exchanges within 7 days of receiving wrong orders only. To qualify, products
must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as
received. Certain products, such as personalized items or products with hygiene
seals removed, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Initiation of Return or Exchange:
Customers must initiate a return or exchange by contacting our customer support team through contact information. They will
guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization
number, which must be included with your return package.
3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped or
damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining
proof of shipment for your records.
4. Inspection and Processing:
Once we receive the returned product, our team

require photo evidence of the damage or defect and the parcel opening video to
process your request for a replacement.
7. Non-Returnable Items:

or used items, personalized products, and products with hygiene seals removed,
are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
8. Hygiene and Safety:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products like
skincare items, cosmetics, and personal care products may only be returned if
unopened and in their original packaging.
