Refund policy

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • You receive a damaged product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is expired or unfit for use upon delivery.

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:

  • Your order number
  • An unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the exchange is approved due to an error from Tatved Herbal, we will bear the replacement shipping cost.

If the exchange is requested for any reason other than our error (such as a change of mind or personal preference), the customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping charges. The product must be unused, unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and with the outer packaging intact

Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted only for valid reasons and are subject to verification by our team.

If a refund request is approved:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original sealed packaging.
  • The outer packaging must be in good condition.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all refund requests.

If the refund is approved due to an error from Tatved Herbal, the full refund will be processed.

If the refund is approved for any reason other than our error, the applicable shipping charges (both forward and return shipping) will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Tatved Herbal reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange or refund request after verifying the product and the submitted proof.
